2012 AGM - Booking FormBelow you will find details for food and attendance booking of this year's AGM. The AGM is open for arrivals in the car park at 11am,with the AGM beginning promptly at Midday. Lunch will be served at 1pm. All paid-up members of the Club are welcome to attend the AGM, but if you want to have lunch this needs to be pre-booked and paid for. The options are for 2 courses (plus coffee) at £19.50, or three courses (plus coffee) for £24.50. Please indicate your selection by putting a quantity next to each dish you require below. Click submit, then click the appropriate button on the following page to pay. Note that Starters and Desserts are selected from a buffet. If you require Starter or Dessert, indicate by selecting the appropriate box. The cost includes morning tea and coffee, plus our use of the Esseborne Manor Hotel's conference facilities. Please note, that due to the need to book food and seating in advance, there will be no lunch or seating available to those who haven't pre-booked (by 31st March). As last year, we will be using a prepaid voucher system, with your meal choices indicated. No pre-order, no voucher, no lunch!!! You have been warned!!
