Our AGM is at the Kings Court Hotel, Kings Coughton, Alcester Alcester B49 5QQ GB on Sunday 26 April. This is a new venue for us in the Midlands, offering a good Sunday lunch and rooms if you wish to stay over.

Lunch must be pre-booked via our website www.giuliettaregister.com, where the menus will be available from Friday 6 February.  Please pre-order your menu choices and pay for your meal following the guidance on the website.   The deadline to book lunches will be 10 days prior to the event on Wednesday 15 April.

The timings for the day will be as follows:

10.30 to 11.00   Arrival & Coffee

11.30 prompt     Annual General Meeting & Management Team reports

1.00pm              Completion of meeting

1.15pm              Lunch

c. 3pm               Departures
